Vape Sum More (PTY) LTD is a fully online/ e-commerce business in the Electronic cigarrete industry that imports and manufactures Electronic cigarrete products and accessories for reselling. All orders including Delivery and Collection/Pick-up needs to placed online on our VapeSumMore.com website.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of 18. Certain products contain liquid nicotine. Although not considered a tobacco product, we do not sell any of our products to persons under the age of 18. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you are accepting that you, as the purchaser, are 18 years of age or older and, additionally, that you are not purchasing any items for another person under the age of 18.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Delivery policy
We offer door-to door courier service at affordable rates as well as Collections/Pickup. Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 24 hours during the week working days Monday-Friday. Delivery/tracking number will be confirmed by way of Email or SMS for all delivery orders. Orders that are selected for Pick-up/Collection will be notified to customer by way of Email or SMS as soon as its ready for Pick-up/Collection.
Orders will be cancelled if not collected within 72hrs.
Export restriction
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only, unless customer contacted management directly.
Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Vape Sum More (PTY) LTD is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Vape Sum More (PTY) LTD will refund the client in full within 30 days.
Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a fee equal to the fee charged by Paygate.
The purchaser has to inspect the goods on arrival and must notify Vape Sum More within 24 hours of receiving of the goods if any items are damaged or missing in the package. Do not open any goods without making sure they are the correct items ordered. Please contact us immediately via email or Whatsapp if you have received an incorrect order.
Should you fail to do the above it will be deemed as the goods have been accepted. If the purchaser wants to return any goods for any reason the purchaser may do so within 7 days of receipt of the items as long as all the items are in an unused sealed condition with proof of purchase.
Vape Sum More will refund or replace the goods. However, we will not be liable for the refund on shipping expenses unless it is due to an error on our behalf. Should there be a claim for a manufacture default the items will be returned by the purchaser to Vape Sum More for replacement after receiving confirmation from the manager.
Returns & Warranty Policy
We want nothing more than to provide our customers with quality products and the best service. After the receipt of your order we offer a 7-day refund policy on any DOA (dead on arrival) hardware or unused items(sealed).
Please inspect and test all products upon receipt, the 7-day return window begins regardless of whether the products were open or not.
Vape Sum More abides by our own in house 30-Day warranty period & manufacturers warranty and no warranty claim will be processed if the purchaser has misused the product or not abided by the instructions laid out by the manufacturer.
Please note any claim that falls out of Our 30-day warranty period and falls within the manufacturers warranty is between the customer and the manufacturer. Vape Sum More is not responsible for the Manufacturers warranty as the warranty is with the manufacturer, which is outside our own in house 30-Day warranty given period. For the manufacturers warranty the customer is responsible to do the manufacturer's warranty verification up opening the device by following the warranty verification card in the device's box.
Where should the purchaser feel that the item such as a vape Device/Mod (excluding vape juice, tanks:RTA’s/RDA/RDTA’s, replacement coils, pre-made coils, replacement pods and all disposable vapes) is found to have a manufacturing fault or defect, it will then be solved by our 30-day warranty period where the item will be repaired or replaced unless due to user negligence. Please note as per the Consumer Protection Act, Vape Sum More is allowed up to 20 Working days to check the device and return it to the purchaser if the product has a fault we will exchange it. Refunds are only issued after all other recourses have been taken to rectify the problem with the purchaser, should the purchaser require a refund then the cost of getting the product back to Vape Sum More is at the purchaser expense and refunds will be processed on receipt of the goods. The goods must arrive with all components and must be returned in perfect new condition.
Please note warranties will be voided if any physical damage is present on the device (scratches, chips and/or dents), the usb ports on all devices are not covered outside of the 7 day product exchange period.
-Please note that electronic cigarette atomizers/cartomizers and e-cigarette rechargeable batteries although made to the highest quality, are functional devices that may fail or degrade over a period of time, especially if they are in constant use.
-Rebuildables such as your RBA’s, RDA’s, RTA’s, RDTA’s and Mech Mods are for expert vapers, not your average or beginner vapers with no knowledge of how to use the above hardware. Inexperienced vapers without basic knowledge of electronic cigarettes and vaporizers cannot safely use these devices. These products carry no warranty.
-Clearomizers, atomizers, commercial tanks, pods, and coils carry NO WARRANTY due to health and hygienic reasons as well as it being a consumable item. Please note that all tanks are susceptible to leaking due to many factors e.g., heat (environmental and body), liquid viscosity, coil degradation, motion etc. In the rare case that a tank is leaking through the seals of the glass and it cannot be fixed with new seals we will replace the tank.
-Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any returns on E-liquids due to the nature of the product, sanitary and safety purposes. Taste is a variable thing with different people. In accordance with strict Quality Control guidelines, returned e-liquid could never be re-used for any purpose, so any open or closed e-liquid will not be accepted for returns.
-No warranty, guarantee and no returns is offered on pre-made coils/Pod Coils, sub-ohm coils and replacement pods. Due to the nature of the product, sanitary and safety purposes the items mentioned above are NON RETURNABLE if opened or used. Coils should be carefully primed before inserting a new coil and tanks should never be allowed to run below minimum juice level to avoid decrease in coil lifespan. User should always keep a tank top up with e-liquid to prevent premature coil burn out. Devices should always be switched off when not in use to avoid devices from firing unintentionally in pockets and bags which can cause a coil to burn out.
-No warranty, guarantee and no returns is offered on all disposable vape devices. Due to the nature of the product, sanitary and safety purposes the items mentioned above are NON RETURNABLE if opened or used.
Goods in transit from the purchaser to Vape Sum More remains the client’s responsibility until signed for in store. All goods returned must contain all relevant parts along with original order number and or proof of purchase.
Should goods be found to have been damaged due to user negligence costs of transportation back to the purchaser is at the purchaser’s expense.
Please use a door to door courier service for your returns, courier fee is the purchasers’ responsibility.
Please note that E-juice will not be refunded if opened.
Regrettably no returns or refunds on sale items.

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Vape Sum More (PTY) LTD bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Is it safe to shop online?
We use Paygate to process our online payments. Paygate is PCI-DSS LEVEL 1 COMPLIANT. No credit card information is stored on our website or servers.
Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Vape Sum More (PTY) LTD via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the

Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Vape Sum More (PTY) LTD separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site.
